Ideas A friendly exchange program with the Mid-West. Some of them move here, some of us move there. Within four years, most of the Them vs. Us mentality has dissolved and voila! A Democrat in the White House who serves and supports all--or at least most--of us. OK now who wants to sign up??! ... The facts were never communicated in simple and emotionally powerful enough terms. So let's fix that. Optimism--always! Even if you're hella despondent, dude. November 03, 2004 Karma Police listening to ok computer without a trace of irony~ listening to people who are smarter than i am say that we'll have a democrat in the white house in 2008, barring the institution of a bushian monarchy~ until yesterday my thinking went: bush is going to win, unfortunately. yesterday: bush might win, but look kerry has a fighting chance! oh but now bush ... ok ... really ... fucking ... depressed. must deploy long-range pre-emptive comedy defense strikes in order to survive....
